As of May 2, 2025, the de minimis exemption, which allowed duty-free entry for shipments valued under $800, has now been suspended.
All our products though Designed in Canada, are now subject to 120% – 145% tariffs and additional customs procedures. As a result, you may notice adjustments in our pricing to reflect these increased operational costs.
We want you to know that we’re still actively working behind the scenes to figure out the best solution—one that’s a win-win for both of us. Our commitment to delivering high-quality, enriching products for your pups remains unchanged, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support during this transition.
We’re already absorbing a big part of these increased costs on our end because we truly value your support. However, if any customs duties or local taxes apply, they may still be the responsibility of the buyer.
