Returns/ Refunds / Exchange Policy

We totally understand, there could be times when the product you purchased may not be the right fit to your requirements. Also, as part of our quality control measures, we always hand check our products thoroughly before shipping but sometimes things might not go as planned.

Hence, we strive to make the return / refund / exchange process easy and hassle free for our customers. We believe, our exceptional service will definitely win your trust and confidence!

We sincerely advise our buyers to refer to the sizing of the snuffle mat, before they purchase a product in order to minimize the probability of a return and minimize losses like shipping costs at their end. We are glad to consult over the phone +1 647-205-5176 in case of any clarifications with respect to the sizing of collars, harnesses and apparel.

Returns & Refunds

Returns for products can be initiated within 14 calendar days from the date of sale of the product.

Please Note

  • The buyer needs to pay for the shipping charges for returning the product(s) and the charges are non-refundable
  • All returns must be mailed to LuvMyFido, 104, Tanners Drive, Acton, L7J 2Y8
  • For orders paid by cash, refunds would be processed via e-transfers / cash
  • Refunds do not include shipping charges used to deliver the product to the buyer or delivering the return product back to LuvMyFido
  • We urge local buyers to drop off their return products instead of mailing the package in order to avoid shipping charges. Kindly schedule an appointment for dropping off the return item

process is as follows:

Return Initiation

• Kindly email us at orders@luvmyfido.ca regarding the return
• All return cases shall be discussed on a case-to-case basis

Product condition

•The product to be returned must be in new / unused condition, fit for resale
•The product should not be dirty and should be free of any fur / drool / dust
• Original tags, manual (if any) and packaging need to be returned along with the product

Product Return

• We request the buyer to mail the product back to us via a trackable shipping service (UniUni, Intelcom Fedex, UPS etc.)
• The buyer will have to bear the shipping expenses and the tracking number needs to be shared with us as well on orders@luvmyfido.ca
• On receipt of the product, it shall be inspected and a confirmation email shall be sent confirming the eligibility for refund

Product Inspection & Refund

• Refunds will be initiated within 1-2 business days of confirmation of refund
• Refunds would take 10-15 business days basis the mode of payment and the financial institution used
• A confirmation email will be sent out once the refund has been processed

Exchanges

All exchanges will be processed as a new order. The refund will be processed as per the process above for the previous order and a new order shall be placed for the exchange product, if the product is still available.

Cancellations

All order cancellations need to be initiated within 4 hours of placing the order post which the shipping would be initiated. Once the shipping has been initiated for the product, there would be no cancellations of orders and hence no refunds would be issued in such circumstances.
